These terms cover your use of this website and the text messages we send about your job. By using the site, you agree to them. Texting has its own consent, explained below. We wrote them to be plain, so if anything is unclear, just ask us.

- A price is only a price once it is in a written quote you accept.
- We text you about your job, not to sell you things. Reply STOP any time.

Using this site
You are welcome to use this site to see our work, learn about our services and ask for an estimate. Please use it fairly: no spam through the form, no attempts to break or overload the site, and no copying the photos or words on it for your own business.
Estimates and quotes
Any number we mention on this website, over the phone or by text before you have a written quote is a rough idea to help you plan. It is not a price.
Your price is the one in the written quote you accept, after we have seen the job. That written quote sets out the work, the price, the job terms and any warranty. If anything here and your written quote ever disagree, the written quote wins.
Text messaging terms
What we text about
Fisher's Fine Painting sends text messages to customers and to people who ask us for an estimate. The texts are about your request and your job: replies to your questions, estimate and quote follow ups, appointment and visit reminders, "on my way" texts, job updates, invoices and payment reminders, and a request for a review after the job. We do not send marketing blasts.
How you agree to texts
You agree to get these texts when you tick the texting box on our estimate form, or when you tell us by phone, by text or in person that texting is fine. Texting is optional. If you would rather we stick to calls and email, just tell us.
The details
- Message frequency varies with your job.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to cancel. You will get one text confirming it, and then no more texts from us.
- Reply HELP for help, or call us at (484) 705-4316.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. You can hire us without it.

What is on this site
We do our best to keep this site accurate and up to date, but it is provided "as is". We cannot promise that everything on it is always complete, current or free of mistakes, or that the site will always be available. Links to other websites, like Google or Facebook, are there for your convenience, and we are not responsible for those sites.
Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using this website or relying on what it says. Our responsibility for a painting job is set out in the written quote for that job. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have by law that cannot be taken away.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
