Who we are

Fisher's Fine Painting ("we", "us") is a painting company in Allentown, PA. This website is fishersfinepainting.com. You can reach us at (484) 705-4316 or fishersfinepaint@gmail.com.

What we collect

What you give us

• The estimate form: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job, what you tell us about your project and whether you are OK with texts.
• Calls, texts and emails: your phone number or email address, what you say in your messages and any photos of the job you send us.
• When we work together: the job details, your quote, the schedule, invoices and a record of payments.

What the website collects on its own

We use Google Analytics to see how people use this site: which pages they visit, how they found us, the type of device and browser, and a rough location such as the city. It uses cookies to do this. We look at it as totals to improve the site, not to identify you. The map at the bottom of each page is loaded from Google Maps.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and answer your questions.
• To prepare your estimate and your written quote.
• To schedule visits and the work itself.
• To text and email you about your job, like reminders, "on my way" texts and updates.
• To send invoices and payment reminders, and to take payment.
• To ask how we did once the job is done.
• To keep improving this website.

Who we share it with

We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business, and only what each one needs to do its part:

• Jobber, where we keep customer records, write quotes, schedule visits, send invoices and send text messages.
• Netlify, which hosts this website and receives the estimate form.
• Google Analytics, which shows us how the website is used.
• An email delivery service, which delivers the emails we send you.
• A payment processor, if you choose to pay online through Jobber.

We never sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it to anyone. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your text messaging opt in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that run our estimate form and send our text messages for us, like Netlify and Jobber.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we are working with you, and after that only for as long as we need it for our records, to stand behind our work and to meet tax and legal requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it.

Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP to any text from us and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP, or call us, for help.
• Your information: call or email us to see what we have about you, to correct it or to ask us to delete it. We will do it unless we need to keep something for a job in progress or for our tax records.
• Cookies: you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Google also offers a browser add on that turns off Google Analytics.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us their information, let us know and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
